By creating an account or using Trap-Log, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Trap-Log is a free tool for recording wildlife trapping jobs, catches, and outcomes, and for preparing report forms. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WDFW or any state agency.

2. Your responsibility for reports

You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for reviewing, signing, and submitting any required state reports on time. Trap-Log does not submit reports for you and does not guarantee that generated forms meet current legal requirements.

3. Lawful use

You agree to follow all wildlife, trapping, and licensing laws that apply to you, and to only enter customer information you are allowed to collect.

4. Your account

Keep your login private. Team admins control who has their team join code. You own your data and can download it at any time.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is and best-effort. It may change, pause, or end. Keep your own copies of important records using the download options.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for lost data, missed deadlines, fines, or other damages from using the service.

7. Donations and future pricing

Donations are voluntary and do not purchase extra features. If paid features are ever added, you will be told in advance, and basic record keeping and report downloads are intended to stay free.
